What type of phones can I use for the Tap-to-pay option?

Your device must be NFC-enabled to use the Tap-to-pay option. Also, you have to download the Swwipe app and ensure the card used is a contactless card with the ‘inverted wifi’ sign on it.

Which payment options are available on the Swwipe app?

We have the Tap-to-pay, USSD, Bank transfers, and Card payment options. To accept card payments, you will need to purchase a Pinpad on the Swwipe app, however, this is optional if you are exploring other payment options.

How do I know the type of Swwipe product suitable for my business?

Regardless of your business type, we have a product suitable for it. For businesses without a website but have a physical store, we recommend the Swwipe app. For businesses with only a website, you can integrate our Swwipe payment gateway to your checkout page, and for those with both a physical and an online store, we recommend both the app and payment gateway.
